Military Collectibles is dedicated to serving veterans and the military by offering a broad selection of military collectible products. We have served customers since our opening in 1998. Our San Antonio store has over 10,000 items and not all items are listed on our site. The items we have listed are categorized by their Military Branch. Please allow 7-10 days for us to receive payment. Sales Tax We are required by state law to charge sales tax on items for orders shipped within the state of Texas. Security We guarantee that your credit card information will be safe when you place an order and you will never have to pay any money related to unauthorized charges to your credit card account. Special Order Items We are dedicated to providing the best service, selection, and pricing. In order to offer you such a large selection, some items may be special order and take longer to ship. The availability of each item will be listed along with the description of the item. In the event that an item is unavailable or is taking longer than usual, we may backorder the item and ship ahead the rest of your order. 30 Day Return Policy We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item to us for a store credit or exchange (less shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of the delivery date. The store credit or exchange does not apply to all items. For exceptions to the Return Policy, please refer to the Return Exceptions below. After 30 days - please contact the manufacturer directly for items with warranties. Please contact us for items not under manufacturer's warranty. Return Exceptions Custom made and personalized items may not be returned except if we made a mistake on the item per your instructions. If there is a mistake, please contact us. Please note that custom and personalized items which have a size can only be redone in the same size. Occasionally, we offer closeout items at "final sale" prices and cannot offer any returns or exchanges on them. These items will be clearly marked as such. Videos, DVD's, CD's, and Audio Cassettes may only be returned if unopened within 30 days of purchase. How To Return An Item Allow up to 3-5 weeks from when you send the package to receive a store credit or exchange. If the item you are exchanging costs less than the original item, we will issue a store credit for the difference. Follow these instructions to send back a return: A verbal return authorization is needed. Write a note explaining whether you want an exchange or credit (if it's an exchange, be sure to specify what you want to exchange it for). Let us know why you are returning the item (for example, wrong size, wrong color, wrong item sent, damaged). Make sure your name and contact information and a copy of your invoice are with the return. All items must be returned in good condition.
